Dirty rooms, filthy corridors, broken taps, a leaking flush, and a TV that didn't work. The staff didn't seem to care. They gave cash bills and collected GST on them, which I felt was fake. The rooms were so unhygienic and cold that I asked for a blanket, and they wanted Rs 500 for each one. They also sold a Rs 20 water bottle for Rs 30. Shameful service and behavior. I'd rather sleep on the road than stay here.

The bathroom was dirty, the flush was broken, and the jet spray didn't work. The AC had no remote. I complained several times and got no response from the staff. It felt like they didn't care about guests at all. My worst stay, not worth even one star.

Horrible rooms, broken taps, filthy towels, and staff who ignored us. They issued cash receipts while collecting GST, which seemed illegal to me. They also charged Rs 30 for a water bottle marked Rs 20. There was no cooling. Completely unacceptable.

The rooms were just okay, with poor service and not many amenities. The AC worked, but the TV didn't.

The hotel seemed to be shut down. In the AC room they only provided bedsheets, no quilts, and there was no remote to adjust the AC temperature. Food also took a very long time to arrive.
