Om Sai Nath Lodge by OYO Rooms

The mattress was so bad I couldn’t sleep, and when I tried, I had to fight mosquitoes all night. The bathroom was in terrible condition, there was no geyser, and when I asked for hot water, a staff member said they would provide a hot water rod. The rooms weren’t properly cleaned either. I found cake on the walls and room gate, and when I complained, they said they didn’t know the previous visitor had celebrated a birthday there. Don’t be fooled by the OYO ratings. Staff kept asking guests again and again to give them five stars.

The rooms felt more like a run-down hostel than a hotel, and the bedsheets hadn't been washed. There were lots of mosquitoes and lizards, and sanitation was poor. Be careful with the OYO ratings: the office staff member will put the ratings through your phone himself.

Dirty water comes out in the bathroom, and water isn't otherwise provided. If you want drinking water, you have to buy it from the hotel for Rs. 15 more than the water's cost. The staff behaved badly too. They took my phone to check the Aarogya Setu app and tried to give the hotel a 5-star rating without my permission. This place looks like a third-rate hotel or a Dharamshala.

The washroom was in bad shape and there were mosquitoes everywhere. In the AC room, the AC worked like a fan, and they said it was a load problem that day. Drinking water wasn't available unless you paid for it. There was only one switch, so you had to choose between charging a device and using the AC.
