OYO 10133 Hotel Rama Grand HS

I stayed here a few months ago, and the owner was one of the most polite people I've met in Agra. The team treated us like family and made us feel valued. Staff behavior, service, quality, and value were all 5/5. This place feels like family, not just a hotel, and it'll be my first choice if I stay in Agra again. Thanks to the owner for being so wonderful.

We had an emergency and had to spend one night here, but I won't book it again. The room and washroom weren't clean at all, and the blankets smelled so bad we had to change them twice. The towels were smelly and had dirty spots, and they didn't provide toiletries. The dustbin smelled awful, with paan and gutta spit left in it, and they never cleaned it. There were gutka stains all over the walls too. Worst hotel experience ever.

The sheets were bright white, the mattress was comfortable, and the bathrooms were even cleaner than the already neat rooms. They felt like rooms in a three-star hotel, and it's one of the better budget places with lovely rooms. Breakfast is free when you book through OYO. Rama home stays is a pretty good place to stay.

The staff were very nice and helpful, and everything else was great. But the bed was awful. That mattress was the hardest thing I've ever slept on, like lying on concrete, with no give at all. I wouldn't recommend staying for that reason.
