OYO 10876 Hotel Taj signature

Before calling me a bad customer, the hotel should work on its staff. The room smelled awful when I checked in, and the bin hadn’t been emptied. When I asked for another room or help with the smell, they sprayed air freshener, which did help somewhat. The AC didn’t work, and there was no remote. I asked for one repeatedly but never got it. In the middle of the night they turned off the AC, so we had to call and get it switched back on. At checkout, I asked why, and was told, “There's a work.houng on, So I had to switch off.” Wow. They initially gave me only one towel, then supplied another after I objected. Their answer was, “Sir we only give one towel to everyone!” There were two of us. Breakfast had no choice apart from paratha, and both the food and tea were bad. The pillows were uncomfortable too. I’m delighted by that generous reply. Either value your customers or stop taking orders.

Zero stars if I could. This hotel is completely awful, the rooms aren’t clean or good, staff are rude, and there’s no decent parking.

The service was terrible, the worst hotel I’ve been to. They didn’t have hot water or basic items like towels in the room. We ordered room service, and the manager came over and took a photo with each customer without asking. That felt like an invasion of privacy.

The manager was no help, and the hotel doesn’t even provide breakfast. There was no hot water, even in December. Worst hotel I’ve ever visited. Forget about staying here in Agra.
