The room was dirty, things in it were broken, service was nonexistent, and the prices were high. Worst hotel, don't even consider staying here. Not recommended.

I visited for the first time and was very disappointed. The service was poor, the staff unprofessional, and the room wasn't clean.

The room was huge, and the location was good. There was parking under CCTV, and the city road could be seen from the window. Cleanliness and safety were okay. Soap and a towel were provided in the bathroom after I asked. For the rent, the hotel was decent, but several things were faulty or missing. There was no AC remote, just an on/off option, and no phone to call for service. The AC leaked onto the bed, the lobby smelled because of some temporary issue, and the shower didn't work. There was no fridge in the room, so I used the one at reception. The old room lock was faulty too.

The reception man behaved very badly and wasn't polite. The room had no soap, shampoo, or towel, and its AC wasn't working. Staff then asked for extra money to turn on the AC. Never stay here, better to sleep on the road.

Quirky characters and unexpected happenings give Hotel O Tajway Inn" a charming, funny feel. The lighthearted story made it an enjoyable and entertaining watch.
