Breakfast was the one disappointment: the price felt higher than expected for the amount served. The rest of our three-day family stay was comfortable and memorable, with the cleanliness and hospitality I'd expect from a Radisson property. Rooms were luxurious and well maintained, and the hotel had water and electricity around the clock, plus hot water. Staff were friendly, polite and ready to help. The food was fresh and flavorful, served with care. It felt like everything we needed was under one roof. Apart from breakfast pricing, everything was wonderful. A well-run, luxurious hotel with good amenities and service, recommended for families and business travelers.

The hotel is close to the market, yet tucked away in a quiet, quaint area. Staff were available whenever we needed help and made the trip very comfortable. The food was pretty good too. I had a great experience and would recommend it to everyone.

The staff were decent and forthcoming, and the food and beverage were excellent. Our room was spacious and well equipped with the latest amenities. We had a wonderful stay and made lovely memories. I look forward to visiting again.

The rooms were really clean, and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay and were totally satisfied with the service and hospitality.

The room itself seemed okay for the price, but the stay was ruined by how the view was handled. I asked for a room looking toward the routes for Sri Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan because I wanted that spiritual feeling. Instead, they gave me a valley-view room and confused me with their terms for valley and Mountain View. The counter price is also quite high compared with online booking rates.
