The location was so good I'd have given it even more stars. I stayed here when I visited Coimbatore a year ago, and it felt like a home away from home. Comfortable, safe, convenient, and clean.

The rooms were neat and good, though the prices were a bit higher than usual.

Even though the parking spaces were empty, customers' cars were left unsafely on the roadside. On our last stay, we were told parking was shared with Sugam Hotels in a nearby building, but the parking was on the ground floor of the comfort hotel. After a long argument with the booking service's customer care, parking was finally arranged. The reception staff had a very bad attitude. If you're bringing a vehicle, check that parking is available before you book.

I didn't enjoy my stay. The management's attitude was awful, and the help I asked for this morning was disappointing. It felt like they didn't know how to treat customers. For the money, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Some of the worst management service I've encountered.

The packed breakfast was tasty and filling, though it's exactly the same each day and they could change it up. The property is a little old, but the rooms have plenty of space: a dining area, writing table, wardrobe, small couch for a few guests, and a large bathroom. I've stayed in expensive star rated places with hardly any room, and wondered what I'd paid for. If you like the same things I do, you'd probably enjoy staying here.
