Oyo 24958 Hotel Dayal

The room was neat and clean, and the food was delicious 😋. Staff were polite too.

There aren't many hotels on the highway, and this one charges a lot while offering almost no service, not even drinking water. I had to buy my own in the hot weather. I was staying near my exam center, and they first put me in a stuffy non-AC room deep inside the hotel. I couldn't stand it, so at 9 PM I switched to an AC room and was charged another Rs. 500/-. Then they turned the AC off at 6 AM. There are no restaurants nearby, so you're stuck buying expensive food and water here. If you're visiting Agra, I'd go straight to the TAJGANJ area, where there are many affordable hotels and restaurants of good quality, in the heart of AGRA city.

We ordered dinner, but they brought something different from what we asked for, and we had waited an hour without anyone keeping us informed. There was no water in the taps, and the washrooms weren't up to standard. Service was very poor, and the staff weren't cooperative. When we complained about the food and service, they said we were the first people to have any problem and claimed other guests were satisfied. It was a terrible experience. Don't waste your money or time here.

My stay here was a dark spot on my visit to Agra. The room and facilities were disheartening, and the service was even worse. I hope other visitors aren't treated the way we were. This is the worst place for a transit stay.
