The staff were friendly and happy to answer our questions, and breakfast was homemade and tasty. I found the room neat and clean too. It’s a brand new hotel, very close to the Taj Mahal East Gate Entrance. I’d strongly recommend staying here when visiting Agra.

The bathroom was in particularly bad shape: the metal fixtures were rusty, I found spiders, and the shower wasn’t working properly. There wasn’t a reliable water supply either, and the staff were so irresponsible that even making a simple request was difficult. Wi-Fi wasn’t proper, the bathrooms were bad, and this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

Be careful with the manager. He kept pressuring me to book a cab through him and pay in advance, then didn’t arrange it on time or tell me where I was supposed to go. He was very bad and completely unprofessional. I’d avoid the hotel if he’s still there. Oyo should take care of this.

I’d give this place zero. I don’t know who’s leaving good reviews. The rooms were really bad, and the bathroom was dirty and in poor condition. There was no warm water, and neither the TV nor the telephone worked. The staff weren’t good either. Stay somewhere else, anywhere else.

You can see the Taj Mahal from the terrace, and it’s a great place to stay. Just be aware that the water is hard and there’s no hot water.
