The owner was polite and cooperative, and room service was nice. There were no problems with hot or cold water. The rooms were clean and spacious, with enough room for three people to sleep in one, and the bathroom was clean enough too. The bedsheet and blankets were a little dirty. It's a good place for a day or two, and you can get a low rate if you bargain properly.

Mr Ram was nice, but the experience was average. Avoid rooms near reception because they're not soundproof and you'll hear a lot of noise from outside. In room 402, the bathroom bucket wasn't clean, and the AC made an intermittent cutting noise that made it hard to sleep. That's why I took off two stars.

It wasn't worth the money. The rooms, towels, and mattresses were dirty, and the owner is greedy and tries to get extra money from you. The location is fine, but the lift doesn't always work, which is a pain when the rooms are on the 4th floor. There's no breakfast, and there aren't any good places to eat nearby either.

The receptionist said, “For this much money, this is what you get.” The toilets weren't clean, and the bedsheets, pillow covers, and blanket they provided had already been used. The rooms were very unhygienic, and the staff were arrogant and rude. The only good part was checkout, which earns the hotel its one star.
