The meals were simple and satisfying, like food made at home. We also enjoyed the mountain views from the rooms, and the staff were warm and friendly.

We spent two nights in room 201A at Outlook Pahalgam. The room was nice, and the whole team gave us excellent service. Golam Bhai especially helped us and guided us like a family member, almost like an older brother. He helped me plan visits to different spots and get in touch with a car driver.

We felt at home during our stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were good, and both the heating and hot water worked well.
