It felt like home. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the modern conveniences, and check-in was easy. The location was great, and the customer service was too. The staff were welcoming and helpful all through our stay, arranged our taxi, and let us remain in the room after check-out time. A truly luxurious experience from beginning to end. Great place to stay.

Being right in the main market made it easy to reach the nearby attractions. I was there with my family in January, and we found the centrally heated rooms comfortable, with Kashmiri carpets and cozy bedding. The washrooms were very clean, the Wi-Fi worked well throughout, and we enjoyed the food. The iconic Volga restaurant is a must try.

We found the location convenient for our group, and the quiet setting with mountain views made for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious, clean, well cared for, and had comfortable bedding. The food was freshly prepared and excellent, and the staff were consistently polite and ready to help. I’d happily stay at Hotel Volga Pahalgam again, and recommend it to others visiting Pahalgam.

The food was a highlight for us, with plenty of tasty local and international options at the hotel restaurant. Volga Hotel is in the main market, and the surrounding mountains made for a lovely view from the moment we arrived. We had a spacious, clean, well-equipped room to come back to after exploring, and the staff were attentive throughout. It was a peaceful, luxurious-feeling stay in Pahalgam, and I’d recommend it.

Getting around was easy because of the location, and our room was spotless. The staff welcomed us so warmly, too. Thanks to the team for looking after us. We had a wonderful stay and will be back! 💯💯💯💯
