I'd suggest checking Airbnb for similar rates and plenty of options in newer properties. This place seems quiet and peaceful, but it has zero maintenance. It feels like an 8+ year old property. The toilets were broken, the water jet leaked, and the taps were so stiff I couldn't open them properly. I was also concerned about safety: there was no proper lock on the door, so anyone could break in.
For the two nights we stayed, there was almost no housekeeping. No rubbish was collected and the room wasn't cleaned. The room itself felt dirty and badly maintained, and the bed and sheets were filthy and stained, like they hadn't been washed. Mosquitoes were everywhere, so we couldn't leave the door open even for a moment without being swarmed. Everyone who washed their hair there got a bad cold and sore throat, perhaps because something was wrong with the water. The experience was terrible from beginning to end. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The owner lady was very rude and had no manners. She readily blamed housekeeping and shut us down. Instead of asking the person who booked, they kept asking the guests for the room payment every hour. The buildings run by the government are better maintained than this place. I booked three rooms for 19th September after seeing the good reviews, but only after staying did I realize they were all paid reviews. Worst stay ever.
The rooms are very small, and the bedsheets and towels were in very bad condition. You can stay here if you have no other choice.
