The breakfast had a good mix of South Indian and continental food, and the restaurant team were attentive. Staff across the hotel were welcoming, professional, and quick to handle requests. Check-in was easy, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with a cozy bed, Wi-Fi, AC, TV, and a tea and coffee maker. Getting around was convenient since SRM Hotel in Trichy is near both the airport and railway station. The pool and banquet halls also looked well maintained, so the place seemed suited to family events as well as business stays. The interiors and bathrooms felt a little dated and could use renovation, but the comfort and service made up for that. I had a really good stay and would recommend it for a convenient visit to Trichy.

Dear customers and hotel management, the driver rooms are extremely dirty and poorly maintained, making it uncomfortable to spend the night. How are drivers supposed to rest and drive safely? The quiet setting away from the city crowds was my favorite part, with a nice area to walk around. I was there for two days last week, and the stay was pleasant. It’s an old government building converted into a hotel, so the rooms and building have an older style, but cleanliness was satisfactory. The bathroom only had basics like soap and a dental kit, which was fine. Room service was good, and laundry cost surprisingly little. Breakfast was nice, mostly South Indian dishes with a few familiar options. Keep in mind it isn’t really a typical four-star hotel.
