We had a good stay at a reasonable rate, and the staff treated us well. My family and I stayed in room 200, which was clean and had a spacious toilet. The hotel arranged an e-rickshaw with Mr. Muskan, who knew the shortcuts for getting around Agra. Faster service and more staff at the door would help. Everyone is welcome here. Thanks to Mr. Rathor, the hotel owner.

I stayed one night. The room was okay, but the amount charged didn’t match the confirmed booking price. Booking.com showed ₹1,530.90 including GST, while the property charged ₹1,600, and no extra charges had been clearly listed when I booked. Get the final amount in writing before paying, and ask for a proper GST bill with the full breakdown. Billing needs to be more transparent.

No stars from me 😡 The room was filthy, with bed bugs, dirty toilets, and poor cleanliness throughout. The blankets and sheets smelled bad, and the blankets or duvets were being used without a clean top sheet or cover. Ask for a clean room or have them clean it right away 🤢🤮

The staff were nice and replaced the sheets when I asked, but the bathroom was dirty too. The room itself was very dirty, with bloodied mosquito smears on the walls and strange stains all over the sheets. You get what you pay for, I guess, but this was really bad.

There wasn’t much room to move around, no dustbins, and we had to keep asking for fresh towels, which didn’t arrive until the next morning. Breakfast was just two slices of bread and an omelette that was far too salty. When we arrived, the room hadn’t been cleaned properly: a previous guest’s undergarment and used towel were still hanging in the bathroom. We reported it, but they stayed there for our whole visit. A very disappointing and unacceptable stay.
