The staff were okay, and the housekeeping team were humble and capable. The room itself was acceptable, though its amenities could be improved and made more luxurious. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with a dust allergy: the linen had so many dust particles that I could hardly breathe after using it. I’m sharing some photos, so please check them before booking. For a one- or two-night stay it may be okay if you don't have that allergy. Thank you.
Being able to leave your bags at the hotel is helpful for tourists, and the staff are friendly. It's also an easy walk from the railway station. I'd recommend it if you're visiting for a day or two and staying close to the station is your main priority.
The rooms are good and the hotel is very close to the station. Staff are cooperative, and the food is good too. Morning tea and breakfast took a little longer to arrive, but otherwise I had a good experience.
The owner, "Mr. Akash ji 's", is very kind, guides guests, and helps everyone. He is known for his cominment. The staff work around the clock for clients and are cooperative, and I found the rooms clean and comfortable with top-notch amenities. I highly recommend hotel Kanchan Villa. Do visit once in your lifetime.
Agra Cantt Station is only about 200 meters away, and I had a comfortable stay in a clean room with clean toilets. The staff were well behaved, and check-in and check-out had no wait. The one problem was that there was no hot water during the cold weather on the day I stayed.
