The pool could have been kept cleaner. Some guests were getting into it in the clothes they’d worn at the beach, and we started having problems as soon as we entered, so we couldn’t enjoy it much. Guests should be told to wear swimming costumes. Apart from that, we enjoyed the place and could visit again. Staff and reception gave us good service. The food was tasty, though a little expensive, so check the price before ordering. The beach near Viceroy and the other resorts is close by, about 5 minutes away by car.

This is my personal view, but the service and location weren’t good, and the stay didn’t give me the proper Mandarmani feel. Check before booking, because even if you don’t like the room or service and want to switch or leave, the money won’t be refunded.

The rooms weren’t clean, and the pool was dirty too. Service and maintenance were poor.
