The stay was terrible from beginning to end. The rooms were unhygienic, in awful condition, and poorly maintained. Cleanliness seemed completely overlooked, which made staying there very uncomfortable. Staff behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful, and complaints got no proper response. Basic facilities were missing or didn’t work, and management seemed careless and irresponsible. I attached pictures showing the property’s actual condition. Don’t be taken in by the online photos or descriptions. It was a waste of money and time, and I would never recommend or suggest this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere more reliable.

The entrance to the resort didn’t look like the picture. The room wasn’t well maintained, the washroom smelled bad, and the door mats were completely dirty.

A very good experience. I’m going to celebrate New year party there. The service was very good, and the staff behavior was excellent and much appreciated. Thanks for adding good memories to my vacation 😀

The beach is close, and so are the market and the good-quality hotel Jahajbari. I visited while in Mandarmani and really liked the location. I'll come back here.

Even though our room didn't face the sea, the beach was close enough to bring a calm feel to the stay. The rooms were clean, and the staff made us feel welcome. Everything was easy to get to, whether we wanted a quick beach walk or a quiet evening in. A comfortable, warm place to stay.
