We had a pleasant, peaceful stay, and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout. The management was courteous and accommodating, even rescheduling our booking without any hassle when we needed to prepone our stay. I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing family staycation.

The food is top notch, desserts especially. The evening lawn pantry and jamghat were pleasant and decent, and you can walk out of the property onto the sea even at 10 o'clock at night. It's set away from the hillabol. The rooms have no hiccups inside and you won't want for anything, though they need updating for a seaside property.

We expect decent staff behavior when we're paying for a good holiday experience, but the manager, Anindiyo Banerjee(Manager), was so degrading that it brought down the whole hotel experience. Many reviews are against this man. The hotel won't be recommendable with such poor behavior from staff. Please don't go there. Plenty of good hotels are available in this price range and could give your family a better experience.

The location was genuinely excellent, the best part of the stay, but the room was in poor condition and made the hotel feel like bad value for the price. The pillows and sheets felt unacceptably dirty. There were visible burn marks on the furniture, and the paint was very old and peeling, which detracted from the whole stay. The food was mediocre, neither really bad nor good enough to be a highlight. I can't recommend this place until the rooms are completely refurbished and cleanliness standards improve.
