The staff at Kanhaiya Hotel made a simple checkout request into a stressful argument. I asked to leave at 1 PM and was told I had to pay the full fee for a second day. They were rude and hostile instead of trying to find a reasonable solution, and showed no courtesy or respect. The whole experience felt unprofessional and disgraceful. I’d avoid Kanhaiya Hotel and stay somewhere that treats guests decently. Edit: I’m not giving you any details about the link that isn’t working. Fire the hotel staff if you want to give ♎ justice.

The rooms were okay, but our two-day stay was awful. We had a toddler and two senior citizens with us, and when I asked for some food for the baby at 10 pm, staff arrogantly refused. The rooms weren’t cleaned during our stay. When I mentioned it, they handed me a broom. Staff were rude and quick to argue with customers. Avoid this place, even as a last resort.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and gave us wonderful service. The food was the letdown, since its taste and quality weren’t up to the mark. Everything else was perfect, and it’s a good place to stay.

I keep choosing this hotel whenever I visit Jaipur. It’s very close to Gandhi Nagar railway station, with all kinds of transport available nearby. The hotel feels safe and clean, is worth the price, and the staff and manager are good. Service is quick too.
