2/10
I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all, especially for families. The room looked like a dark cave, nothing like the attractive photos on the booking sites, and there wasn't even a napkin. The water bottles they left had already been opened. Worse, there were what looked like semen stains on the pillows and blood marks on the sheet. The hotel has no sense of pride in its upkeep. A nearby property is much better, with better amenities and service.

The staff were really supportive and helped us figure out the best places to visit in Jaipur. We also liked the food and the rooms.

The breakfast had lots of tasty choices, and the location made it easy to reach local sights and restaurants. Our room was spotless, nicely decorated, and had the amenities we needed. From the time we arrived, the staff, especially at the front desk, greeted us warmly and did a lot to make us comfortable. We had a memorable, enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel.

The rooms were nice, the staff were very cooperative, and the prices were affordable.

The room was poor, and the management was worse. We had to unlock the room and carry our own luggage. The staff weren't friendly and spoke rudely.
