Agoda's customer service kept suggesting hotels with two- or three-star ratings and bad reviews while we were stuck trying to sort this out for two hours. We had booked a room through Agoda, but when we arrived, the hotel said it hadn't accepted the booking. It was a terrible experience with both Agoda and the hotel, and the amount still hasn't been refunded. I haven't received any update from customer service either.

From the roof you can see Jaipur, including Jal Mahal and Amer Fort. The location is good, the manager was wonderful, and the facilities were available. Room service was especially good. I recommend visiting, whether you're a tourist, with family, or with friends.

I booked a great-price deal through Agoda, but the hotel refused the booking and wouldn't let me stay. It feels like a scam, with low online rates shown just to bring in more footfall.

The rooms were clean and in very good condition, and the location and service were good. The view of Jal Mahal was especially clear.
