The room fell short of basic comfort and upkeep. Shelves and other surfaces were stained and dirty, and the furniture and fittings were damaged. The bathroom door was in terrible shape, with panels peeling away. The TV didn’t work, so it seemed to be there just for show. Other basic amenities were either broken or poorly maintained. The room felt unhygienic, and the hotel needs urgent work on cleanliness and repairs, as well as more honesty about what facilities actually work. Below average, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless there are no other options.

The food was amazing. Had a wonderful experience at hotel grand akshay, definitely worth visiting and highly recommended.

The food was the only good part. I booked a suite online, but was given a room that wasn’t even a standard double, with no window. Staff told me the hotel had no suite rooms. There were flies everywhere, the AC leaked, and the bathroom was dirty. I don’t think they’d changed the bedsheet either.

This is a small hotel on the agra jaipur highway, right across from the back side of chanda banquet hall. Parking is outside. The rooms aren’t maintained well, and I didn’t feel it was worth the money. The staff were rude and didn’t seem trained.

The rooms and bathrooms weren’t clean, there was hair on the bed and table, and the bath-wares were rusty. They don’t give you fresh bedsheets or pillow covers either. Nothing grand about it, and the location and neighborhood aren’t nice. I’d only spend a night here if I couldn’t find another option.
