Hotel SK Grand

The checkout turned into a stressful process and took over an hour. Although we'd already paid another hotel for the room and breakfast, and the two hotels had agreed among themselves on our booking, sk grand hotel staff still asked me to pay the fare and didn't provide breakfast. The rooms were quite good, but the reception staff's behavior was poor.

On Kota Road, this felt more like a budget place for a one-night stop than a three-star hotel. The rooms were average, and while the front desk staff were efficient, service from the ground staff was poor. The restaurant was very disappointing, so I strongly advise against trying it.

The toilet was in such a state that I can't really describe it, and there were no toiletries. The room was unkempt, with curled-up, untidy bedding, stained linen, and a strange smell of smoke and rotten eggs everywhere. I don't think cleanliness exists in this hotel. It calls itself a three-star property, but it ticks every box for how a hotel shouldn't be.

Stayed for three nights recently. Breakfast and coffee were nice, the hospitality was nice too, and the staff were pleasant. A nice experience overall.
