There weren't any food options nearby, and the restaurants served food on disposable leaf plates. In the harsh cold, they gave us only two thin blankets for four people, then refused when we asked for more. The AC wasn't working either, and no facilities were provided. The lady owner and staff were rude and arrogant. This was the worst hotel I've ever experienced.

Hotel Dev S Villa in Mansarovar is a convenient base, with tourist sights, shopping centers, and transport hubs nearby. The staff are professional and courteous, and their warm approach makes guests feel at home. Rooms are spacious and furnished with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and 24/7 room service. The in-house restaurant offers local and international dishes, with a good balance of taste and hygiene. The budget-friendly rates come with luxurious facilities, and the hotel keeps its premises maintained with regular sanitization and trained staff. It feels like a safe choice for families and solo travelers. For business or leisure, I found the location and service make for a satisfying stay.

They wouldn't provide extra blankets or pillows and didn't even have spare bedding in stock. The owner and the whole staff were rude and uncooperative, and no services were provided. This is the worst hotel.
