The washrooms were very clean and hygienic, and the rooms were clean too. A very nice hotel.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The room was dirty, the door lock was damaged, and room service was so poor that there wasn’t even a towel or soap. Drinking water cost extra, above MRP, and the room charge was high for the quality of the room and service. Don’t go with someone outside who offers you a room. Search online instead, since there are many hotels where you can get a good room for a cheaper price.

At check-in they said the water bottle would be free, but then charged for it. Soap and water should have been provided when I checked in, and they weren’t. The door lock was damaged as well. Not a great experience.

Sabse bakbas hotel. The listing on Make My Trip promised a lot of facilities, but none of them were there. The room was noisy and unhygienic, with no toiletries or dustbin. The TV remote didn’t work, and the AC seemed to be there just for show. The washroom was in very bad condition, there was no regular drinking water, and I had to buy bottled water. No basic room facilities, no Wi-Fi, no kettle, and no geyser. There wasn’t a window in the room either. There was a glass window into another room, locked from the other side, with no way to lock it from my side. I spent the whole night worried someone might get into my room through it. Make My Trip is also a spammer for listing these kinds of hotels without inspecting them. They’re just taking their commission, and seem involved in putting up this kind of false information. I’ll review Make My Trip too for listing and promoting hotels like this to make their commissions.
