The rooms weren't clean, and the bedsheets, quilts, and pillow covers were dirty too. Basic things like the geyser weren't working, and the food quality wasn't good.

Gaurav Chaudhary spoke very rudely and was completely unsupportive. There was no service after 9 PM. It felt like a half-star hotel experience.

The staff weren't supportive, and both they and the service left me with a bad experience. They also spoke to us in a questioning, almost interrogative way.

The rooms were small, and the service wasn't up to scratch. I didn't have a good experience.

The manager was too rude and seemed to think customers are fools. Rooms were dirty, there was no TV, and when I asked for a towel and soap, I was told they weren't available. Worst hotel I've ever seen.
