I've now stayed at Royal Gitanjali Mandarmani twice, first in 2025 and then again in the first week of June 2026. Both visits had the same high standard of care. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained, and everyone from the front desk to the kitchen and room service was helpful, courteous, and professional. The hospitality is outstanding. I'd recommend Royal Gitanjali Mandarmani to everyone, 200% recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed at Royal Gitanjali Resort and SPA, Mandarmani and really enjoyed the calm, clean surroundings. Our room was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and relaxing. The staff were always polite and ready to help with a smile, and the food had a good variety and came quickly. It'd suit families, couples, or anyone after a peaceful beachside break. We'd definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back.

At Royal Geetanjali Hotel & Spa, the staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a good range of choices. Our spacious, clean, well-kept room had the modern amenities we needed, and the common areas were well organized. The surroundings were beautiful, and the spa was relaxing. Everything felt smooth and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It's close to the beach, a great spot to unwind in Mandarmani, and I highly recommend a visit.

I booked for 2 days, but on arrival the property looked deserted and awful. No one was at the main gate to open it, and the poolside was so quiet it felt like a ghost property. When we asked what was going on, we were told there were no other guests and they would “start everything” only if we came down. That felt very unprofessional. We filled out a basic form but didn't share our ID or finish check-in. Later, they said there would be no lights or music under their “rules.” We decided not to stay and asked for a refund. Staff were rude and uncooperative. When we contacted MakeMyTrip, the hotel falsely said we had already checked in, which wasn't true. They still didn't provide a refund despite our genuine concerns. One of my worst experiences, and I'm extremely disappointed with the service and behavior.

The pool and children's play area were great, and kept the kids busy for hours. Food was exceptionally tasty, and room service was prompt and professional. The bathroom was the one letdown, it needs better maintenance and a more thorough clean. If they sort out the bathroom hygiene, this would be a perfect 5-star stay.
