Hotel O Jeevan Residency

We had to check out within an hour, even though our booking was non-refundable. The bathroom and bedsheet were dirty, and there were no soaps, towels, or drinking water. The corridors smelled bad, strongly of cigarette smoke, and they sprayed room freshener around as soon as we arrived. There’s a bar in the hotel, and drunk people frequent the place, so it felt unsafe. There’s no parking available either, and they told us to leave the car on the road. The place was unclean and unprofessional.

Power kept cutting out during the night, which was a problem. I stayed for a day, though the room was comfortable for what I paid. Check-in went smoothly. There was no AC remote, so luckily I could use the IR remote on my phone.

I spent the whole evening looking around this location before settling on ''JEEVAN RESIDENCY'', and it suited my budget and taste. For a budget class hotel, the comfort, luxury and hospitality felt hard to beat. The management really seems focused on customers and wants to go beyond what they expect. I travel a lot, and they gave me personalized service that helped me feel comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and greeted me with a smile. I hope they treat business and leisure travelers just as well.

The rooms are extremely shabby, and the hotel feels poorly maintained and unsafe. It’s far from the city’s main area, with a bar downstairs. I wouldn’t trust the high OYO ratings, they seem manipulated. Never again.
