Breakfast was excellent, and the security guard was helpful with parking. The location is convenient and one of the hotel's biggest advantages. The room, though, felt old and poorly maintained, with worn furniture and an AC that didn't work properly. Those room facilities need attention if the hotel is to live up to its prime location.
The photos look pretty, but don't be fooled. The rooms weren't cleaned, there was leftover food on the bed, and the bathroom smelled bad with taps that leaked. Service was poor. Awful by every measure.
The bathroom smelled bad and the shower was leaking. Reception behaved terribly, and the person there didn't know how to speak to guests. Horrible hotel.
The location is okay, but the rooms were dirty and unhygienic. The washroom smelled foul and had stains. The photos shown may be 5-10 years old, so don't rely on them.
I've visited twice and both stays were great. Best hotel in the area, really good. They also allow outside food ordered through Swiggy and Zomato.
