The bathroom fittings sprayed water from every opening, and the towel rail was nearly coming off the wall. The room was filthy, the TV didn't work, and there was no AC despite our booking. For what we paid, the room was outrageous. After I'd paid, the hotel cancelled my booking through Booking and claimed I hadn't shown up. Maybe they were trying to avoid the booking fees. It felt like a scam. Never again.

We arrived at FabExpress Krishna Suites with payment confirmed for the three rooms I'd booked through MakeMyTrip, but the staff said nothing was available. They'd apparently sold the rooms offline at better rates and hadn't cancelled our reservation. The staff brushed us off, and the owner was extremely rude, telling us to contact GabExpress / MakeMyTrip. A horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Look at my pictures to see what the place was really like. The room they eventually showed us had a duvet so dirty we didn't want to leave our room, and that wasn't even the only problem. Nearly everything was dirty or broken, and the towel had brown stains all over it. Disgusting, and a big scam. At check-in they first gave us a room without AC, even though we'd booked one with AC. When we objected, they initially claimed there weren't any AC rooms, then showed me one shortly after. And the latest reviews look like they were written by staff. Would a guest really write “visit us!”? I don't think so. Bad try, guys! 😂

After a 15-hour journey, we were turned away at reception even though I'd booked online, received a confirmation, and got a welcome message on the day we arrived. Staff said no rooms were vacant and wouldn't let us in. Horrible experience, rude staff, and a pathetic place. I wouldn't give it even one star if I could.

We never checked in. The hotel said Fab Hotels hadn't sent confirmation and that they had no rooms available. Customer support wasn't helpful when I tried to sort it out. They said I'd get a refund, but I still haven't received anything. Horrible experience, it feels like a scam.
