The room was small, and they didn't provide linen with the blanket. There was hot water, the washroom was fairly clean, and the AC worked perfectly. Part of the hotel has been let out to trainees from an MNC nearby, which makes the place feel a bit like a hostel.

My relatives said that, in the middle of the night, someone tried to open their room from outside, and it was very noisy. I had booked a family room for my guests, but on arrival we were told none were available. They later asked us to book offline for an additional 500/- rupees. We checked in at 6pm on 13th and checked out at 5pm on 14th, paying 3600/- even though MMT listed the room at 1500/-. Parking wasn't proper either, and the service was below par. As a localite, I felt helpless dealing with rude, inflexible policies. I strongly discourage families from staying here. It's only good for bachelors who want to party. Overall, it was the worst experience for my guests.

They cancelled my confirmed one-day booking at 11.30am, just half an hour before my 12pm check-in, and I was left standing on the road until I found a room at another hotel. This happened because I'd booked with an offer and they got customers willing to pay more. A very bad booking experience.

The receptionist is very good by nature. If you're traveling from North India and don't know the local language, check with the receptionist before booking a cab or other travel. You'll need to arrange your own food, and they don't provide towels or shops.
