The location worked well, with plenty of food choices downstairs and nearby. We arrived late at night and left the next morning, and for that short stay it was okay. It’s pet friendly, though there’s an extra charge, and it seems only certain rooms allow pets. That wasn’t made clear upfront when booking.

I booked a stay for my parents yesterday, then spent nearly four hours trying to get someone to help. I called more than 10 times; each person who answered said the manager wasn’t available and told me to try again in 30 minutes. When he finally got back to me, he was shockingly rude and unprofessional, abruptly hanging up and saying they wouldn’t accept our booking. It was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. I hope the landlord or senior management takes this seriously so other customers aren’t treated the same way.

There was a horrible damp, sewage-like smell in the room, and it made the whole stay uncomfortable. I complained, but nothing was done. Hygiene and maintenance were very poor. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The breakfast buffet had a big range of tasty choices, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My room was spacious and spotless, with crisp linens and a really comfortable bed. Hotel le oak inn was in a great spot, with nearby attractions easy to reach. I had a wonderful stay.

The hotel was kept immaculately neat, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Service was excellent 🌟, and the location made it easy to get to all the tourist spots nearby.
