Mr.Anand made the stay special, handling a request with a smile and sharing great local recommendations. The location was very convenient, and our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely refer this hotel to our family. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mysore.

A lovely hotel right in the center, with excellent service and wonderful rooms. Hot water was available from 5.30am. For family accommodation in Mysore, this is the place to stay.

The room had a lovely view, clean sheets, and no bathroom smell, and having proper car parking nearby was a real relief. We stayed as a family for several weeks, and Shailu made the visit especially good. She was polite, knew the area, and helped us find the local market and work out how to get to nearby places. The hotel is close to the market, Mysore Palace, and a shopping center. I’d recommend Grand Inn to friends and family, and would book it again when I’m back in Mysore.

For more than ₹5,000 for one night, this really wasn't worth it. The sheets were ripped, the room smelled bad, and traffic on the congested road outside made it hard to rest. Service felt poor, and hot water was available only for a few hours in the morning. There’s no restaurant in the hotel, so we had to go out for everything.

I’d avoid staying here. The receptionist, Anand, often asks guests to switch rooms, which I believe is part of a deceptive scheme. He also makes false allegations and, in my experience, uses threats and harassment to try to get money.
