In Taj Nagari, Agra, this was a comfortable, homely stay for a competitive price. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy, and the hotel kept the place clean throughout. Staff were friendly and the service was great. Food was good and reasonably priced too. I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend it.

We stayed at Rainbow Home Stay from 30th Nov. - 03rd Dec. 2014, and it really felt like a home stay. The staff were courteous and very helpful, and they arranged our Taj Mahal entry tickets, so we could skip the long morning queues. The Taj Mahal is within walking distance. The whole property was spotless, and they served complimentary breakfast made to our choice. The experience was excellent.

Vishal was the loveliest person I’ve met in ages, and our long chats went well into the night. He also gave advice on health issues and arranged taxis. Check-in was at our leisure, as were payment and passports. The staff were pleasant, efficient, and fun. We had wholesome food served with a smile, and the rooms were large and clean, with a comfortable bed and a good hot shower any time. It felt like a home away from home. Thanks so much, Vishal, for a delightful stay.

They served delicious food, and the large rooms can fit a whole family. The hotel was clean throughout. Staff were kind and humble, greeted us with smiles, and offered welcome drinks. I found the stay comfortable and pleasant, with all the necessary guest facilities at a very reasonable price compared with other hotels.

The staff were attentive and friendly, but the rest of the stay was below par. The toilets were rusty and leaking, and they wouldn’t flush properly. Rooms cost too much for such basic amenities, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Unfortunately, this turned into one of the low points of my whole trip.
