SPOT ON AGR489 Hotel Relax

The rooms and toilets were filthy, and the sheets, blankets, and pillow covers looked like they had never been washed. The floors were nothing like the marble at the Taj Mahal. I saw staff drinking alcohol at reception, with Viagra tablets on the receptionist's desk. This place turned my whole Agra trip into a mess. It's the worst hotel on the OYO list, everything is in a pathetic state. Never stay here.

I couldn't sleep the whole night because the room was so tiny I felt suffocated, and neither it nor the bathroom had been cleaned. The bedsheet, blanket, and pillow were all dirty. The TV seemed to be there just for show, with no cable connection and it didn't work. Even the night bulb was out. I wish I could give a negative rating.

They refused to give me a room when I arrived, even though I'd booked online. It was the worst experience, and I strongly recommend not booking here. There seem to be suspicious activities going on. Oyo's credibility is questionable too, since it lists this place without a background check.

There is a canteen where you can order meals or breakfast, and both the owner and staff were cooperative. My stay was good overall. The hotel is near Agra's famous sights, especially the Taj. The rooms are spacious enough for one person or a couple, though they could be more hygienic.
