Oshin Calicut

The meals were delicious, varied, and never felt repetitive. Many thanks to the chefs and F&B Team for that. Vinay, the Front Office Manager, was also especially attentive and supportive throughout our stay. On behalf of Dakshin Endeavours, I want to thank the whole team at Oshin Calicut for looking after our group in Jan 2026. The staff across the front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and security were friendly, helpful, and professional. Service was excellent, and the rooms were well maintained.

The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with lots of fresh, tasty choices for different preferences. Oshin Calicut was also clean and comfortable, with spacious, well-kept rooms. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and happy to help. That mix of good food, cleanliness, and warm service made our stay memorable. We’d gladly come back and recommend it.

I’d happily recommend this hotel. It’s in a convenient spot for the bus stand, railway station, and beach, and the friendly, courteous staff were always ready to help. The property is fairly new and clearly well maintained. The 9th-floor infinity pool was a great feature, and I had a comfortable stay. The restaurant food was delicious. At breakfast, the ghee roast dosa was one of the best I’ve had in South India, and the Um Ali dessert was outstanding too. The sambar was a little too salty when I visited, though.

The rooms at Oshin Calicut felt luxurious, clean, and hygienic, and the service was good. The staff were friendly and professional, which made the stay comfortable and memorable. It also has an upscale feel while still being cozy, and the rooms are set up for relaxing.
