We stayed for a day as a group of 4 girls and found it budget friendly and comfortable. The roads nearby are scenic, and it's close to the railway station and beaches in south goa. If you have high expectations, though, this place isn't for you.
The service was top notch, with no issues for couples, and breakfast was tasty, though paid. There's a geyser for hot water. Room condition is only 4 out of 10. It's a 5 min ride from colva beach, on the road from cape de rama fort to colva beach. The low prices make it very suitable for bachelors, and families on a tight budget can consider it too.
Everything was bad. The rooms were very dirty, the toilet wasn't clean, power supply was poor, and there was no hot water.
The rooms and service were good. We were charged 2500 for 6 people for a 1 day stay. The rooms aren't close to the beach.
Bathrooms were in the worst condition, and the rooms weren't clean or hygienic. Don't trust the photos on google for this hotel. The staff weren't cooperative when we asked for soap in the washroom, they literally told us to buy it from the nearest shop. The manager and staff kept smoking in front of the rooms, so there was always a bad smell around. Service was pathetic, and I don't feel the place was worth what we paid for 3 days. I also don't feel it was safe for our stuff or family.
