Sea View Resort

The manager, Ed, was exceptionally kind and helpful. I was struggling with plans for internal flights, trains, and taxis, and he quickly helped arrange my onward travel, even though he didn’t have to. My basic needs were well met, and the water was hot. The room was nice, with a fridge and wardrobe. The pillows and sheets were clean, the air con worked well without too much noise, and the fan was quiet too. There were some marks on the wall that I asked them to clean, but they said it was a child’s mess. The TV had problems, so I didn’t use it, though I didn’t really need one. The hotel isn’t on the beach, but it’s only a short five-minute walk past handy shops.

We stayed six nights as a family and were satisfied with the visit. The restaurant serves delicious food at reasonable prices. Our room was clean and much larger than it looked in the photos, with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a refrigerator, and hot water. There was also an open area and a clean outdoor pool that was suitable for swimming. The sea is about 700 to 800 meters away. It’s a good option if you want a quiet beach, though it may not suit anyone looking for excitement and a lively atmosphere. The main drawback was that room supplies weren’t replenished regularly, and bottled water and toiletries weren’t provided every day. Compared with hotels in other Indian cities, this was a good choice in Goa.

I’ve been coming here since 1994. The host is wonderful, the place is neat and clean, and the location is great. The rates are very reasonable, and the restaurant serves good food. I had a good time.

We spent four weeks at this resort and were very well looked after by the owners, their staff, and the restaurant team. The restaurant on site serves great food at a very reasonable price, and having a pool was a welcome extra. Our room was large, bright, and very clean. It’s in a great spot with everything we needed close by. We’re looking forward to coming back soon.
