The location is convenient for major beaches and attractions, while staying calm and away from heavy crowd noise. The staff were very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, and their hospitality made our stay special. The property is peaceful, beautiful, and well maintained. Our spacious, clean rooms had a cozy feel and thoughtful design, a relaxing place to come back to after exploring Goa. A comfortable choice for couples or families looking for a restful stay. We'd love to visit again 💛

The room was very average, though the washroom was clean, which was the one plus. I don't understand why they took a room deposit instead of the full payment. The price didn't feel worthwhile for the service provided, and the owner spoke sarcastically, saying people should spend more on rooms than alcohol.

The owner’s a Goan and really knows Goa, which was great. There are plenty of restaurants nearby too. The rooms were very good, and the power backup runs 24 hours. I’d come back.

Antonio was so friendly and humble, and his tips for offbeat places in South Goa were a great free bonus. I had a truly wonderful stay and am planning to return soon with my family! 💐❤️
