The food was good, and breakfast followed the menu at the Mills Cafe, but the rooms need more than a fresh look. The beds are actually two twin beds with separate twin mattresses, and they slipped apart in the middle, which wasn’t comfortable for a couple. Our room looked nice, but sleeping was difficult without a proper thick blanket. There was no TV, no fridge, and no hot water. We booked online through Agoda when it showed availability, then arrived to hear the owner and name had changed from Pentacon to Palm Resort. We had to cancel and rebook directly at a higher price. If you can manage with a thin blanket and no TV or fridge, you may be fine. I think the owner should spend on proper room amenities instead of only beautifying things with bedsheets and paint.

The room was lovely, and for December 31 it was a pleasant deal compared with other places, even though it cost a little more. Breakfast was included and self-serve, so you could take as much as you wanted. I enjoyed it except for the idly. You can stay here, it’s a good deal if you don’t mind being a little out of the way.

Clean, neat rooms and tasty food, with several beaches nearby. The service was great too. A strong choice for visitors to Palolem, Agonda Beach, and South Goa, and one I’d recommend.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and Wi-Fi is free and works in the rooms. Room service was prompt, hot water was available around the clock, and they accepted requests for a late checkout. The hotel is relatively new, about 6 years old, and the manager was very helpful. There’s a restaurant and bar, with good food though prices are a little high. For the price and service, it’s a very good hotel. There’s no laundry service, though.
