The toilet felt a bit cramped, and the room really needs better mirror lighting for grooming and getting ready. Apart from those small things, the room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The stay was good and worth the price.

Nexstay Kassaba Inn was convenient for getting around and good value for the money. The staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. A pleasant budget stay, I’d recommend it.

Small bugs in the bed had me itching intensely all night. I reported it to staff right away, but they did nothing and offered no solution. That’s unacceptable for both hygiene and customer service. The place doesn’t meet basic standards of cleanliness or guest care, and I strongly recommend avoiding it.

At Next Stay Kasaba Inn, the facilities were a waste for the price charged. My room was dirty, full of bugs and in terrible condition, with maintenance and hygiene at an unacceptable level. Management didn’t seem to care about cleanliness or guest comfort. One of my worst hotel experiences. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and it wasn’t worth even a single star.

At Next Stay Kasaba, I had to leave for another facility the next day because the stay was so uncomfortable. In just one day, I changed rooms 4 times, first because of AC problems and then because of bugs. Most rooms seemed to have bugs, so sleeping properly was impossible. At checkout, they even charged me an early checkout fine. A really bad experience.
