A small, cozy, budget friendly place that works well for a short visit. The rooms are clean and have enough space, though they aren't very large, and the straightforward stay suited my focus on affordability and convenience. I didn't try the in-house food. The hotel is connected to Hotel Bellavista, a more premium property under the same owner, which adds a bit of trust and convenience if guests want access to upgraded facilities next door.

The best part for us was the home-cooked food from the host's family. It made us feel right at home, and our hosts were warm, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The spacious rooms were clean and equipped with modern amenities, with comfortable bedding and a well-kept bathroom. Set in a quiet residential area, it offered a calm break from the city's hustle. Taj Nice Point is about 1.5 km from the Taj Mahal, making early morning or evening visits convenient. I was truly impressed by the hospitality and comfort during my recent family stay.

They made my first day in India as good as it could have been, and my stay was really pleasant. The staff are the best, all of them so helpful. The owner helped me sort out bus tickets to Jaipur and my tourist SIM card, then arranged my transfer to the bus with another team member. When the driver got a call because I'd left my charger at the hotel, he came back to get it. At the bus stop he waited until he knew I was on the right bus. They also serve food. I tried the paneer and aloo parathas, liked them so much I had them again. The hotel is very close to the Taj Mahal and conveniently located for getting to Agra Fort. Thank you all so much.

The staff were good and helpful, but the place didn't meet my expectations. I booked after seeing good reviews and photos with tourists, thinking it was an ideal location to stay in Agra. The hotel wasn't as clean as I expected, the room was small, and there were flies in the bathroom. It wasn't like other chain hotels. I guess you get what you pay for.
