We paid in full for a fixed-price, three-day package covering the room, food, and car. The price had been clearly confirmed before the trip began. Then, on the last day, while visiting Rohtang, they suddenly asked for extra money for the car, saying car prices had gone up. If that was going to affect the price, they should have said so before taking payment. Changing the terms once customers are already in the middle of the trip feels like cheating. It seemed they waited until we had little choice, then pressured us to pay more. The whole thing was unprofessional, dishonest, and unethical, with no transparency, accountability, or respect for the agreement. It completely ruined our trip. Don’t be taken in by the package deals. They may change the price at the last moment, demand extra payment, and spoil the experience. I’d avoid this hotel and tour service.

We ordered breakfast and dinner, and although it was room service rather than a buffet, the food was awesome. The staff were welcoming and professional. The hotel is in a prime location, and I’d highly recommend it.

My friend and I stayed here for one day, and the room was in very bad condition. The food was bad too, with no salt at all. Our order took an hour to arrive, and the spoon was covered in dirt.
