There was no Wi-Fi or TV connection, and OYO gave us only part of the information. The staff were very bad, and the owner was rude when speaking to us. I didn’t expect this from OYO.

We got to the hotel around 11 at night after booking and paying online, but they wouldn’t give us a room unless we paid extra. Otherwise, they told us to find somewhere else. The management was really bad.
