The Chamber Hotel & Restaurant

The ambience is very good, and the staff are attentive and serve with a smile. The food quality could improve a notch to earn a better rating.

We were visiting the Taj Mahal and stopped here for lunch on 17-Jun-2023. The place was nearly empty, but we trusted the earlier Google reviews and ordered anyway. It took about 45 minutes for the food to arrive. It tasted okay, though it was drenched in oil, and the bill felt a bit high. Afterwards, our driver, who had been waiting in his car, told us the food had been bought from a nearby small restaurant. I don’t want to name it here. Anyone thinking of coming should be aware they may be served inexpensive food from a local restaurant while paying a higher bill.

The starters were lip smacking, and the ambience was wonderful. The staff knew how each menu item was prepared. I had a chance to eat at this splendid restaurant recently, and the food was amazing. I’d definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again when I’m next in Agra.

We ate here for lunch and dinner with family over two days. The food was awesome and reasonably priced, even cheaper than the food I got from the OYO room. Don’t rely on Zomato pricing. By far the best thing in Agra for us. The staff were very helpful, and Ranjith took care of us from the moment we arrived until we left. Ask for him if you visit. Best service, highly recommended.
