The Taj Mahal was incredible, but what made our visit feel so meaningful was how warmly everyone treated us. Our group of seven had comfortable rooms, delicious meals, and service I can't praise enough. From the porter and front desk to housekeeping, cooks, and waiters, every staff member was outstanding. We did feel a little removed from the action because of the traffic, but we had a wonderful stay at the grand imperial Hotel. Thank you.

Staying at Hotel Garden Imperial, Agra felt like stepping into an old royal palace, with classic decor alongside modern comforts. The local food was especially good, and the staff were humble, polite, and helpful throughout. The management deserves credit for keeping hospitality at such a high standard. It was more than just a place to sleep, and I loved the experience.

What really stayed with me was the manager's help after I ran into a problem unrelated to the hotel. She personally helped me sort it out and lived up to the idea that 'Guest is god's.' The rooms were comfortable, with an old-fashioned look, and the facilities were varied and excellent. It's a beautiful, opulent place where we felt very special. I'd recommend it.

The restaurant was very good, and I enjoyed the live music in the evening. The gardens were lovely for relaxing, and the rooms have beautiful heritage-style furniture and layouts. Some rooms have a poor view even though others of the same type look out onto something great. I just got unlucky with the room I was given.

The pool was empty, which was disappointing since nobody had told us beforehand. Getting there was also a pain: construction for the new metro meant terrible traffic, and we could hear honking all night. The staff did their jobs, though they came across as rather cold. Our room was spacious, attractive, clean, and had plenty of storage. The grounds were pretty, with a garden where we could sit in the sun. The restaurant made excellent food, but it was on the pricey side.
