The DJ setup was unusable at first. We spent 40 minutes asking them to fix it, and when it finally started, it stopped again during the performance. We asked them not to leave, but they packed up and walked out in front of us while the event was still going on. There was no coordination, accountability, or professionalism, and although they took full payment, they gave us no support. They ruined what was meant to be one of the most special days of our lives. The venue was supposed to be ready for a 12 PM start, but at 12:30 it still hadn’t been cleaned, even though guests were arriving. They also failed to carry out the decorations we had paid for properly. It felt as if their responsibility ended once they had the full payment. They had promised us two complimentary rooms for our engagement, then backed out at the last moment. After we asked repeatedly, they arranged rooms at another hotel, only to cancel those too two days before the engagement, saying they’d suddenly become unavailable. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. This was hands down my worst hotel experience, and I’d strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking it for such an important occasion.
