We planned to stay one night on our first visit to the city, then extended it to three. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely designed, with daily cleaning and fresh toiletries, towels, and water. Front desk staff were polite, professional, and helpful with local tips. The inhouse restaurant had a good breakfast spread for corporate bookings. The hotel is well placed for the metro, and there are lots of nearby food options if you want a change of scene.

The hotel is in a great spot, with the Metro station and BRDS stop just outside, and the food tasted fantastic. Mr. Anand Singh, the head chef, always makes food to suit your taste. Mr. Hemant Singh from the hotel staff was very good, and Mr. Rupam, the Reception Manager, was humble and always ready to help. A fantastic hotel experience.

The staff were very polite, but I had a really bad experience at alba. The room smelled, the ambience wasn't good, and the toilet fittings were poor. The tap was broken and there was no hot water in the evening. The AC wasn't cooling, the TV didn't work, and the room heater was very bad. The room seemed 20 years old. The veil broke and fell down, and the pillow was very hard. There were noises coming from the bed. The staff were good, though.

I had a very comfortable stay. Mr. Rupam at reception and another man with him were both polite and helpful. The cleaner was good and polite too, and all the staff were great. Good service and good people. I recommend the hotel and will definitely visit again.

The rooms were really clean and tidy, and the staff were so hospitable. Special thanks to Papu Bhai for the wonderful service. We’d love to stay here again. A lovely hotel.
