The restaurant staff were good, and the food was good too. The front desk kept reminding us the next day about checkout and when food service would close. They could have been more courteous, since families visiting the city may get back late and aren't just staying in their rooms. We were in Carrefour for a couple of days. It's in the old city with access to famous places, and the rooms were decent and comfortable, though not spacious. We got in late for dinner on the first night, and staff kindly kept it available for us. The tea was very good, and room service was quick. Average experience overall. The front desk and room ambience could be better.

We had a pleasant two-night stay at Carrefour Hotel, Ahmedabad. The staff were courteous and helpful whenever we needed them, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We'd happily recommend it.

Small, pretty hotel with nice rooms. Staff were helpful, the food was nice, and there was hot water 24/7. Good value for money.

Breakfast was outstanding and dinner was excellent too. We stayed two nights, and the room was clean, well equipped, and had good facilities. The staff were attentive and helpful. Left feeling fully satisfied.

My elderly parents stayed here from September 15 to 18, 2025, in a booking that included breakfast. They had an early train on checkout day and asked the staff to pack breakfast. The staff agreed without mentioning a charge, but when they checked out, they were told breakfast would cost extra. That kind of hospitality was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend the hotel.
